Who designs t-shirts for Nomadic Meat?
All of our designs are created in-house by our design team.
What kind of t-shirts do you print on?
We print our unique meaty designs on the Gildan 64000 for sizes S - 3XL and the Gildan 2000 for extended sizes 4XL and 5XL. These unisex t-Shirts (for Men and Women) are made of soft, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton; a delight against your skin.

How do you print your t-shirts?
We use DTG or Direct to Garment printing for all of our t-shirts. Direct to Garment printing offers high quality prints that use the full color spectrum with no limitations.
How should I care for my t-shirt?
Machine wash cold and inside out with like colors on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. For best results, hang dry after wash. You may also tumble dry with cool/low heat.
Fabric softener may cause fading. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
Note: if you must iron the shirt, turn it inside out and iron on the lowest setting.
Do your t-shirts shrink when washed?
Our shirts are pre-shrunk. However, all shirts shrink over time. To slow the shrinkage of your shirt, make a habit of hanging it to dry instead of using a dryer.
Will the colors of my t-shirt match what I see on my screen?
The most honest answer is, typically. What you see on your screen are digital mockups of our t-shirts and what you get in person will be a reasonable representation in size and color.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards. We are looking at accepting popular wallets like Google and Apple pay in the future. However, we will never accept Paypal.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order at the time the order is placed. If you cancel the order before the order is moved from 'Pending' to 'Shipped', your money will refunded back to your card. Allow 7-10 business days for the money to be returned to your bank account or credit card.
Orders can not be canceled once they have been shipped.
Why is my Credit Card being declined?
Please confirm the billing address, zip code and 3 digit security code on the back of your card all match what is on file with your bank. For your security, we do not store or keep any identifiable information regarding your credit/debit card. Given that, we recommend you get in touch with your bank.
How can I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address by logging into your account. Then from the menu on the left, go to "Addresses" and click "Edit" next to your shipping address.
This does not change the shipping address for any of your orders. If you need to change the shipping address on an order still marked as "Pending", please send us a message to change it as soon as possible.
Once your order has been marked as "Shipped", it is not possible to change your shipping address and we will need to resend them to the correct shipping address you provide once they are returned to us.
Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order. If an order needs to be reshipped, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping the items once they are returned to us. If they are not returned to us, you will be responsible for ordering them again and having them shipped to the correct address.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, you can remove items from your order or cancel it entirely while it's still in the "Pending" state. Once the status of the order is changed to "Processing" or "Shipped", no changes can be made.
If you would like to purchase something else after you've placed your order, you will have to create and submit a new order for those additional items.
Can I exchange my shirt for a different color/size?
Because our t-shirts are offered in limited quantities and are custom printed for each customer, we are unable to accept exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would be a better fit, check the sizing charts on the product pages for the items you wish to buy.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered is wrong or arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, log into your account and submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom printing and limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. Before placing your order, please refer to our Size Guides to ensure that you select the best fit and verify your shipping address.
All items may be returned with 30 days of purchase for a full refund OR Exchange for the following reasons:
- The item is damaged (i.e. torn, soiled, etc.).
- The wrong item or the wrong color/size item was shipped.
- The item is defective or misprinted.
If you receive an item that you believe falls into one of the above categories, log into your account and submit a return request within 14-days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item, as well as a brief description of the issue.
Do not return an item until your return request has been approved.
Please keep in mind that we cannot make refunds or exchanges on any item that has been washed, worn, or damaged after delivery.
Items must be returned to us before an exchange OR refund can be granted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: Return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer.
* We are sorry, but we can not accept returns OR exchanges if we ship the right item and the right size that you ordered but it doesn't fit or you just don't like it. Please see our Size Guides to make sure the size you order matches the measurements of the wearer. If you don't like the shirt when it arrives, please consider donating it to someone in need.
All returns in wearable condition are donated to shelters and other charitable organizations.
Returns in non-wearable condition are recycled into other products in an effort to keep our products out of landfills.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items as outlined in our return policy. If any of these apply, log into your account and submit a return request with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will take care of it for you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $5 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
NOTE: All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority and/or Expedited shipping is not available.
Do you ship to my country?
We only ship within the United States which includes all 50 states. We do not ship to US territories.
How long until my order ships?
It will take 3-10 days for your order to ship.
When will my order arrive?
Currently, the shipping time for deliveries within the US is 8-11 business days.
What does "Pending" mean?
Pending means you order has been submitted and your card has been charged. However, the order has yet to be sent to the printer. While your order is still marked as "Pending" you are able to make changes.
What if I put the wrong shipping address on my order?
Unfortunately, if we're not notified before the order is shipped there is very little that we can do. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order. If there is a problem with your shipping address, contact us before your order is sent out and we will make the necessary changes.
If an order needs to be reshipped, the customer is responsible for the additional cost.
What should I do if my tracking number says delivered, but I do not have my order?
USPS does a decent job with delivering packages before they mark them as delivered. Unfortunately, sometimes an order was marked as delivered, but did not show up for a few more days, so please be patient.
In the meantime, please check with your neighbors, friends, family, or roommates to see if they might have picked up the package. Then contact your local USPS branch.
If your package is lost in the mail, we are not liable.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Before getting in touch with us, help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us HERE with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
