About This Farm

Beef as wild as it gets.  Our Wagyu cross Angus are on coastal improved green pastures year round and never set hoof in a trailer.  We move the herd to new ranges that have had at least a 7 month rest (which includes a rainy period to allow them to recover full biodiversity) using a few on horseback and gentle dogs.  For the most part, the herd knows where they are going and are eager to get there.  The cows know their range, so management is not a stress for them.  Our meat tastes of the Humboldt coast: flavorful, a little salty, with High Omega 3 oils (as determined by the Bionutrient Institute).  Find out more and join our team.  We wouldn't be producing fine meat without finding appreciative eaters.
