Your account activates immediately upon signup with full Ultimate plan access. You have 30 days from activation to ship your trade products. This means you get a full month of premium exposure before your delivery is due.
If delivery isn't made within the grace period, your account simply converts to the free Starter plan. There are no penalties, and you keep your listing.
The minimum is 100 lbs of meat total. There's a maximum of 40 lbs for fatty ground beef or rendered fats per delivery year. Beyond that, you choose what works for your farm from our accepted products list.
Yes, absolutely. You can mix and match from any category: beef, pork, poultry, fats, eggs, or specialty meats like bison, lamb, or alligator. Choose what fits your current inventory and processing schedule.
You control when you sign up, which means you choose the timing that aligns with your processing calendar. If you process beef in fall and pork in spring, sign up when you have inventory ready. Upon annual renewal, you can change your product selection based on what's available.
You'll receive the shipping address in Arizona (or other lower 48 US states) after signup through your dashboard. Ship via your preferred carrier and provide the tracking number through your account.
Yes, shipping costs are your responsibility. However, you're shipping to a single location once per year rather than paying $160/month, which saves you $1,920 annually minus your shipping costs.
Currently, the trade program is only available to farms in the United States. We plan to expand to other countries in the future.
The meat is for personal consumption by our team and is not resold. This is an in-kind trade based on practicality and providing quality carnivore products, not based on retail resale value.
Your next delivery is due one year from your signup date. You'll receive renewal notifications through your dashboard and email, where you can update your product selection for the upcoming year.
Yes, you can convert to any paid plan at any time. Simply update your subscription preferences in your account settings. If you want to switch back to trading later, contact us to coordinate.
You can cancel anytime by simply not sending any meat the following year. Your listing remains active with premium features until your current trade period ends (one year from signup), then converts to the free Starter plan. You keep your listing. The premium content you created on your unlimited plan will remain with your account should you upgrade again, however, it will no longer be visible in the directory.
It's identical in features. Trade plan members get the exact same unlimited features, analytics, brand story capabilities, and calendar access as paying Ultimate plan subscribers. The only difference is how you pay: one annual meat delivery instead of monthly cash payments.
You get Ultimate-tier analytics including listing views, search appearances, outbound clicks, visitor geography, referral sources, repeat visitor tracking, time on page, peak traffic times and audio listens.
For your current year's delivery, you need to deliver what you committed to during signup. However, when your annual renewal comes up, you can select different products based on what you have available.
We expect the same quality meat you'd sell to your regular customers. Products should be properly processed, vacuum-sealed or well-packaged, labeled, and frozen for shipping. If you're proud to sell it to carnivores, it meets our standards.
You need to operate legally in your jurisdiction and process meat according to your local regulations. Whether you're USDA inspected, state inspected, or operate under custom exemptions, as long as you're legal in your area, you qualify for the trade program.
The trade program works best for farms that regularly process and have inventory flexibility. If 100 lbs represents too much of your production, the paid plans starting at $40/month might be more practical for your operation size. We may offer our trade program for our smaller paid plans in the future.
The trade program already gives you the highest tier (Ultimate plan). There's nothing to upgrade to. If you want to send more than the minimum, that's appreciated but it doesn't unlock additional features since you already have unlimited everything.
