Do I need to explain why I want a refund? Nope. "No questions asked" means exactly that. While we appreciate feedback, it's not required.
Can I get a refund after canceling my subscription? Yes, as long as you request it within the same billing period when you cancel.
What if I've been a subscriber for several months? Our refund policy covers your most recent payment. For monthly subscribers, that's your last month. For annual subscribers, we'll pro-rate the refund for unused months.
Will this affect my ability to rejoin later? Not at all. Providers are welcome to return anytime, and we'll treat you like any new subscriber.
What if I collected email addresses through my listing? Those are yours to keep. Make sure you export them before requesting a refund. That data belongs to you.
