About This Farm
Nelson Grass Farm is a 76 acre farm in Minnesota, where we use intensive rotational grazing during our growing season for laying hens, meat chickens, pigs, turkeys and a small cattle herd. We follow organic standards and feed a no soy ration to our chickens and pigs. We are passionate about working with nature and improving our soil health, to have the best nutrient dense food for our family and yours. Order conveniently from our online store for farm pickup or home delivery is available in the Twin Cities, St. Cloud and Rochester areas.
