About This Farm
Tamarack Lamb and Wool has been producing and perfecting grass fed lamb since 1991. Our lambs are born on pasture in May and are harvested at the end of the grazing season straight off of pasture in December. We use a system of rotational grazing that entails moving daily to fresh pastures. No herbicides or pesticides are used on the farm. Livestock guard dogs keep our sheep safe from predators. Our unique blend of imported genetics (Ile de France and Dorset) yields a tender and flavorful lamb that is, lets just say AWESOME!
